After a long and courageously fought battle, Heather left this world to again see her late son, Kane Tucker who she missed every day, surrounded by her family at home on Friday December 29, 2017. She  was 78. She was born Heather Leonard on April 13,1939 to Katherine Schnarz and John C. Leonard and grew up in Wayne, NJ, the first of six children. She was an avid animal lover and loving friend to many.  Survivors include her loving boyfriend, Ken Cottelli,  her loving children, Judith Polomik and her  husband, Robert, Dana Post, Richard Nyman  and his wife, Sheila,  Chance Nyman and family, Mickey Nyman and family, her loving grandchildren, Tucker, Kelsey, Madalyn, Case, and Alex, her sister, Kerrie and her brother, Keith Leonard, and several wonderful nieces and nephews.
