Obituary of Frank A. Dwyer

Frank A. Dwyer Otisville, NY Frank Alexander Dwyer, a long time resident of Otisville NY, passed away on July 25 2021. He was 52 years old. Frank was born in Middletown NY on July 22 1969 to Alice J Ward and Michael J Dwyer. Frank was a freelance contractor, creating custom databases for companies and schools around America. Although mostly self taught, Frank held a bachelors degree in Internet Technologies and Software Development. Frank also held numerous accredits in the Software field. Early in life, Frank enjoyed Go-cart racing and playing drums. As Frank grew older he became an avid golfer striving for the locally infamous “Spanky Cup”, the equivalent of an NHL Stanley Cup, among his weekly golfing group. Frank also enjoyed a weekly helping of Nuclear Hot buffalo wings when his dog, Maiden, wasn't stealing them from him. Frank's greatest joy in life came from spending time with his daughter Samantha, and the light of his life, his granddaughter Aiva. Frank is survived by his mother Alice Dwyer of Otisville, his daughter Samantha Utter and her partner Jeremiah of Matamoras PA, his brother Michael Dwyer and his partner Tammy of Otisville, granddaughter Aiva, as well as many aunts, uncles, a niece, nephews and cousins.
