Norean H. Reynolds, a life long resident of the area, passed away on Tuesday June 14, 2022 in Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown NY. She was 98. The daughter of the late James LeRoy Toliver and Mary D. Slater, she was born on April 11, 1924 in New Paltz, NY. Norean graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1942 and later earned her Registered Nursing Degree from New York State Hospital in Middletown, NY. She worked in many different areas of the nursing field then finally retiring from Otisville Correctional Facility. She spent many years enjoying her retirement by traveling, watching her great grandchildren grow and caring for her beautiful gardens. Norean H. Reynolds is survived by her sister Irene Gillespie, daughter Connie Williams, grandchildren Dave Williams, Brenda Heinen, Brandy Heft, Thomas Reynolds, Debra Reynolds, and great grandchildren John Heft, Zach Heinen, Luke Heft, Mark Heft, and Sully Heinen, She is predeceased by parents James and Mary Toliver, sisters, Jessie Malcolm, Dorothy Holloway, Daninel Toliver, Edna Bober, son Thomas Reynolds. Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 21, 2022 from 10am- 12pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY 12566. Funeral services will be offered at 12pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Scotchtown Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to Wounded Vietnam Veterans or your local ASPCA.
