Thomas “Tommy” M. Cunningham was taken from us too soon on Saturday March 4th 2023. He was 41. The son of Rene Bedford and the late Thomas “Lefty” J. Cunningham, he was born on October 18, 1981 in Middletown NY. Thomas leaves behind a 12 yr old daughter Destiny Cunningham, his heart, he lived for her, his brother Robert Reynolds and wife Shannon, 2 nieces, Abby and Brie, his mom, Rene Bedford and John Gigantic who was always there for Tom. Tommy was pre deceased by his dad, Thomas Lefty Cunningham , his aunt's ,uncles, and cousins that he spent happy times with, and many, many friends, in NY and NC, Jason, Bubby, Shaun, all like brothers, their memories are what will keep Tommy in their hearts. We will miss that laughter he always brought into a room, rolling on the floor. Tommy loved hunting, fishing, and riding dirt bikes with Destiny. He was his own man. If he made his mind up to do something, consider it done, his way, but done. Tom had admiration for the elderly, if he saw someone needed help he did it, he loved listening to their hunting/fishing stories. Tommy was taken was way too soon, our hearts will never heal, he was our strength. A Celebration of Tommy’s life will be held on Saturday March 18, 2023 from 10am-12pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush NY. Burial will follow at New Prospect Cemetery.
