Q: How did you meet Luther?
A: I lived around the corner from Luke when I lived in Wurtsboro. We used to take evening walks after supper, and often ran into Luke out walking his dog. He was friendly and a very intelligent guy. He will definitely be missed by all who knew him.

Luke was my first chess player buddy when I took a beginner class at Mamakating Library. I also enjoyed visiting him a few times at his Wurtsboro home and stroking Molly while we talked. Miss you, Luke! I hope they play chess in Heaven.
Condolences to the entire family.

Luke, you were an amazing young man and will be greatly missed. I will always remember you from church, and how much you helped me when we did the penny social fundraiser. You never failed to offer your help. RIP. The world is a better place for your having been here.

Sue, John and Sandy.
My heart is broken for you all over the loss of Luke. So many memories of him growing up. The smile on his face, his resilience, there was nothing he couldn't do. He was everyone's little brother. Many prayers for you and the family. RIP Luke.

I can remember Luke just going all over the Twin Lakes in his wheelchair even going down the hill. He had no fear. He will be truly missed. I'm so sorry for your loss, Sue, John and Sandy.
