Aunt Alice was truly so special to me, to everyone. My favorite memories include camping when I was younger, we would have family reunions and I always enjoyed our time together. I remember her cat Gizmo, she loved that cat so much. As I got older and could drive, I remember taking a road trip to her house on, I believe, Sunset Trail, Road, Sunset something. Her laughter always made me smile and she was always so funny. Although I rarely saw her angry, I knew it wasn't something you wanted to do. I moved south 8 years ago but still kept in touch through mail and phone calls. I always enjoyed our hour or so conversations, you had to make sure you had time to talk when you called because boy, could Aunt Alice carry a conversation! It's okay though because I enjoyed every sentence. I'm going to miss her so much. Her soft spoken words, her stories about my Daddy (her Butchie). Until we meet again Aunt Alice, I will forever love you. See you again, this is not goodbye!
