Once upon a time, there were so many Fred's. Long before I got to spend
my summers with Uncle Ed, and Aunt Elsie, there were the weekly
family Friday night gathering, for coffee, cake, those horror shows on tv and ...you remember $$$.
I had always looked forward to those nights.
Fred (my dad), Freddie's Fred (me) and of course you. Then, when we all spent our chicken catching
summers with Uncle Ed, and Aunt Elsie, so many Fred's again. Uncle Ed may have had a few other
choice names at times for you, but somehow I ended up with being called 'George'.
To this very day whenever we spoke, yup, you still called me 'George'.
When I make it to the Pearly Gates of Heaven,
Just tell them, it's ok, that it is Cousin 'George' knocking,
one of the good guys and to let him enter.
