Q: How did you meet David?
A: We met in 5th grade and hated each other. In 6th grade we finally threw down & gave each other a mutual beating! In the vice principal’s office while waiting for our punishment we decided to leave and go get into some shit together. We were inseparable after we fought. I’ll never forget the one night in high school we went to an Army base party on his nephew’s moped. Lol We crashed at the turn by the train tracks in Thompson Ridge, picked up the moped, dusted ourselves off, then proceeded to party until daylight. We had many nights like that as kids. I was able to see him a few years back when I was in town. Dave was a good dude, a solid guy who’d have your back. I will miss Dave. We’re toasting you, brother! I hope the good Lord himself saw fit to greet you at the pearly gates because you certainly are a special kind of soul. Peace be with you.
