She was tough but fair inside she really was a Teddy Bear. We met Phyllis in the early 90’s we were introduced at bowling. And that girl could bowl the best woman bowler I have ever met. She had a defiant sense of human if she loved you she teased you.
She doted on Christian and Jimmy. I always knew she. She arrived even five I hadn’t seen her in years I would hear HEY B….! And then her laugh and it always made me laugh.
By way of family outings Phyllis fell in love with the charm of Pine Bush and left the hustle of Queens.
We continued to vacation together for many year as it was one of Christian and Jimmy’s favorite places.
When Jimmy became homeboy she was his SAVIOR. She knew what made Jimmy tick.
Phyllis always knew what made Christian, Jimmy and Chris happy.
Phyllis was the epitome of the word Mom she took care of her boys including her brother Billy.
So it is with tears in my eyes that I say I am happy she is not suffering But I am extremely Grateful that she is with Jimmy and they are making each other laugh.
BYE B….you will be missed. Thanks for all the wonderful memories
