It was my honor and pleasure to have Jack as a friend and co-worker for many years.
My fondest memories was the many nights of bowling on the team the O&R 5, especially when Jack's dad was on the team.
My wife, Cathy and I have many great memories of Jack and Dawn from their wedding to Belly Acres, their new home, to the birth of their two beautiful daughters. We will never forget the wonderful times we had together and will forever cherish those memories.
We are deeply saddened to here of Jack's passing and wish you and your family the very best.
With Much Love,
John & Cathy Nicks

Q: How would you describe John to someone who had never met them?
A: Jackie was like another brother to me growing up. We all played together a lot and traveled with our families to see different Little League Events. Etc. Although our lives took us in different directions as adults, I will always carry
many great memories and hold him close in my heart and thank God for the gift of a loving cousin. May Jesus welcome him in his arms as he joins his father and mother, Uncle Johnny and Aunt Janice (JayJay) in heaven.
My love and prayers,
Cousin Kathleen

I will truly miss you Jack – it was my great fortune to have known you. We’ve had “too much fun” - golfing / lunches / phone calls. You always stood-out on the golf course, whether it was your play or your outfits!
