Louis G. Bardin Louis G. Bardin, a longtime area resident, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2007, in St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. He was 91. The son of the late George Bardin and Yvonne Pepin Bardin, he was born June 30, 1915 in Harwinton, Conn. Louis was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II; was a member of the Planning Board of the Town of Shawangunk; Board Member of Agway, and member of The Church of the Infant Saviour. He was the owner/operator and Dairy Farmer for Bardin Farms in Pine Bush, N.Y. Survivors include his loving wife, Florence Schuller Bardin at home; loving daughter, Patricia Callan and her husband, John of Pine Bush; loving sons: John and his wife, Sue of Pine Bush, Richard and his wife, Vera of Florida, and William of Pine Bush; five grandchildren: Michael, Mark, Timothy, Tracy and David; five great-grandchildren: Madeline, Andrew, Jenna, Hunter and Jennifer; brother, George and his wife, Joan of Garrettsville, N.Y.; and sister, Beatrice Lomento of Torrington, Conn., and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Gladys Guerard and brother, Warren Bardin. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 19, 2007 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, Inc., 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 20, at 10 a.m. in The Church of the Infant Saviour, Pine Bush, N.Y., with Father Kevin Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Church of the Infant Saviour Building Fund, 22 Holland Ave., Pine Bush, NY 12566. Arrangements are by William M.
