Gavin Avery Hubbs Pine Bush, NY What would you do in 5 short years? Would you make them the most or hide from your fears? Our little Gavin chose to live every day with a smile and love to give. Though stricken with cancer before when he turned four his journey through life forever no more. No matter how bad he might have felt, He always knew how to make your heart melt. Living life to its fullest each day he awoke He could make you smile Every time he spoke. He filled the room with laughter and tears and touched many lives in his 5 short years. Gavin is survived by his loving parents, Michele and Nole Sr., loving brothers Nole Jr. and Tyler, Grandma Audrey, and the late Grandpa Eddie, Grandma Patricia, Grandpa Jerry, Uncle Eddie, Aunt Heather, Aunt Missy, Uncle Michael, Aunt Kristen, Auntie Julie, Uncle Charlie, Uncle Axel, Uncle Arthur, Aunt Kristen, loving family friends, Teresa and John, and numerous loving cousin’s, family and friends. A Celebration of Gavin’s life will be held on Saturday September 26, 2009 from 12:00pm – 4:00pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. Funeral service will take place at 4:00pm at the Funeral Home. Cremation will be held at Cedar Hill Crematory.
