Obituary of Margaret M. Kelly

Margaret M. Kelly Middletown, NY Margaret M. Kelly, a longtime resident of the area, passed away at Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Health care Center on Monday April 13, 2015. She was 85. The daughter of the late Harold P. Eiden and Sarah Burke Eiden, she was born on October 7, 1929 in Yonkers, NY. Margaret worked for The New York Telephone Co. in the Billing and Service Dept and also was a Computer Operator. She was a member of the NY Telephone Pioneers, and a 50 year parishioner of St. Ann's RC Church in Ossining, NY. Survivors include her daughters, Sally Longfield and her husband Roger of Pine Bush, and Peg Grein and her husband Ed of Croton-on-Hudson; Grandson, Rory Longfield; Granddaughters, Ellen Bell, Mary Rasner, Ann Katliarov and their husbands; Great grandchildren, Jacob and Adam Rasner, and TJ and Marie Bell; brother; Harold Eiden and his wife Marion of Yonkers; dearest friend, Irene Stanford. Margaret is further survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and her grandpets, and is predeceased by her beloved husband John J. Kelly, her brother, John Eiden, and beloved grandpups, Daisy and Aiden. A Family statement reads " Margaret was a wonderful wife and a fantastic Mom" Visitation will be held on Thursday April 16, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd. Pine Bush, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday April 17, 2015 at 12:00pm at St. Ann's RC Church in Ossining, NY. Burial will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Yonkers, NY.
