Steven A. Linderman, a retired Correction Officer at Eastern
Correctional Facility in Napanoch and longtime resident of the
area, passed away on Tuesday March 3, 2015 at Orange Regional
Medical Center in Middletown. He was 58. The son of the late
Frederick G. Linderman and Evelyn E. Veraldo he was born on October
25, 1956 in Nyack , NY. Steven was a member of the Warwarsing
Rod and Gun Club, The Power Squadron Boat Club, Olde Newburgh Model
Railroad Club, Oath Keepers, Orange County Ham Radio Club, NRA, NY
Rifle and Pistol Association, Northeast Blacksmith Association and
the New England BladeSmith Guild. Survivors include his wife
Yvonne at home, 2 sons; Patrick Linderman and his wife Ashley of
Walker Valley, Brian Linderman and his wife Restilina of the Town
of Mamakating., grandson Levi, brother Karl Linderman and his wife
Nancy of Florida. He was predeceased by his Brother Fred Jr. And
his sister Evelyn. Visitation will be held on Saturday March
7, 2015 from 10am-1pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc.
1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush, NY. Funeral services will be offered
at 12:30pm at the funeral home with Pastor Robert B. Hewitt
officiating. Burial will take place in Bloomingburg Cemetery.
