Sara Parker-Cottage
Sara Parker-Cottage, a psychologist with the Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center in New Hampton, N.Y., and longtime resident of the area, died Wednesday March 2, 2005 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus. She was 54.
The daughter of Basil Parker and Ann O'Hara Parker, she was born March 9, 1950 in Pennsylvania.
A family statement reads: "May you be as free as the flutterbies. We will always love you."
She is survived by her beloved children, Ruth A. Parker-Cottage and Ned S. Parker-Cottage, both at home; and a dear friend, Ellen Alewitz.
At Sara's request there will be no visitation or services.
Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, N.Y.
