Formerly of Bloomingburg, N.Y.
June C. Cullen, a longtime resident of the area, passed away, Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Elant in Goshen. She was 80.
The daughter of John J. Cunniffe, Teresa Cunniffe, she was born on June 7, 1926 in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the widow of the late Thomas E. Cullen.
June was a homemaker and a member of our Lady of Assumption Church, Bloomingburg; a member of the Laura S. Stewart Garden Club, The Wedded Band of Brooklyn, N.Y., and the Mad Red Hatters of Wurtsboro.
A Family Statement reads: "Among her enduring interests and passions were gardening, painting, reading, quilting and enjoying a good cup of tea."
Survivors include her loving children, Thomas Hahne, Edward Hahne and Clare Farrell; loving son-in-law, Robert Farrell; daughters-in-law, Cherlyn Hahne and Kim Hahne; beloved grandchildren, Sean Farrell, Aidan Farrell and Thomas Hahne.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-8 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at 8 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home. Father Raymond Bagdonis, O.Carm will officiate.
Cremation will be at Cedar Hill Crematory.
