Obituary of Michael W. Shook

Michael W. Shook Michael W. Shook, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007 at Ellenville Hospital as a result of an automobile accident. He was 34. The son of Anthony P. Cicale and Betty Ann Cash Cicale, he was born, January 29, 1973 in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Mr. Shook was an Office Manager for Pine Bush Sanitation/County Waste Inc. Survivors include his loving wife, Holly; and daughter, Autumn Lyn Shook at home; loving parents, Anthony and Betty Cicale of Pine Bush; his father, Robert Shook Sr. of Hyde Park, N.Y.; brother, Robert Shook Jr. of Marlboro; step-brother, Jeffery Boggatta of Pine Bush; sister-in-law, Kelly Sattler of Jeffersonville; mother-in-law, Sylvia Hendrickson of Jeffersonville; father-in-law, Richard Hendrickson of Pine Bush; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery, Pine Bush. Arrangements were made by the William M.
