Robert Trigger, a Retired Bus Driver with East Ramapo School District and a longtime resident of the area, passed away on Saturday August 29, 2009 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus. He was 76. The son of the late Norman Trigger and Anna Mae Gould Trigger, Robert was born on June 26, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois. He served his country with the US Navy during the Korean War, and was stationed on the USS Intrepid. Survivors include his son Mark at home, his daughter Linda Bolster and her husband Nelson of Bloomingburg, 2 grandchildren, Nelson E. Bolster of Bloomingburg, and Laurie Miller and her husband Ronnie of Woodbourne, 2 great grandchildren, Ashley and Devon Miller, and 2 cats Lucky and Bootsy. He was predeceased by his wife Betty Trigger, Brother Eugene Trigger, and Sisters Ella Holly, Virginia Jump, and Joyce Whitby. Visitation will be held on Friday September 4, 2009 from 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc. 1525 Burlingham Rd Pine Bush, NY. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday September 5, 2009 at 11:00am at the Funeral Home with Pastor Robert B. Hewitt officiating. Burial will take place in New Prospect Cemetery.
