Dean C. Brown, a 30-year area resident, died December 20, 2006 at home. He was 54.
The son of the late Charles L. Brown and Florence Stanley Brown, he was born February 3, 1952 in Yonkers, N.Y.
He was a retired Deputy Sheriff for the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department.
Survivors include his wife, Donna L. Klemm Brown at home; his daughters, Lisa Brown Nauta and her husband, Jason of Middletown, and Leslie Brown of Harriman, and one sister, Suzanne Brown Ward of California.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Glenn G. Brown.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, 149 Cottage St., Middletown, N.Y. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
