Delia C. Capsis
Pine Bush, NY
Delia C. Capsis, a homemaker and
longtime resident of the area passed away at her home on
Monday June 29, 2015. She was 87. The daughter of the late
Delores Iglesias, she was born in Puerto Rico on November 10,
1927. Delia was a great cook, avid gardener and wood
worker. She took pride in the home that she and her late husband
Paul had built by hand and had amazing support from her friends
after Paul had passed away. Survivors include her loving
daughter, Carol Capsis and her husband Michael Parenteau of
Norwalk, CT, her grandson Joseph Parenteau of Boston, MA and her
nieces and nephews. Delia is predeceased by her husband Paul Capsis
and her son, Paul Capsis Jr. Interment of ashes will take place on
Saturday July 11, 2015 at 1:00pm at Bruynswick Rural Cemetery, 1166
Hoagerburgh Rd in Wallkill with Pastor Howard Dalton
officiating. Immediately following the burial the family
would like to invite you all to Oleo Acres "Cheap Spread" at 1143
Indian Springs Rd for refreshments. Arrangements entrusted to
