Veronica M. Carroll, a retired Supervisor for Blue Cross Blue Shield, in NYC and longtime resident of the area, passed away on Saturday November 21, 2009 at The Golden Living Center East Mountain in Wilkes Barre, PA. She was 91. The daughter of the late Michael Carroll and Theresa Mc Lindan Carroll, she was born on May 31, 1918 in NYC. Survivors include her loving sisters, Eileen Wasiluk of Bloomingburg and Theresa Moran of Long Island, loving niece Nancy Wasiluk of Bloomingburg, loving nephew, Greg Wasiluk of Wapwallopen, PA , 2 favorite nieces, Jamie Marie, and Teresa Noel, and also several other loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Carroll and brothers, Daniel, Joseph, and Robert Carroll. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 24, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd, Pine Bush. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday November 25, 2009 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Bloomingburg, NY.
