Phil and I became friends through Facebook & emails, Phil would email Sal Policano his last surviving cousin from the Policano family, and in the last 2 years Phil and I talked sometimes hours on Facebook, we connected because Phil and I both missed our wives, it was my pleasure to offer words of comfort. Phil was a true friend to me and will be missed. My condolences to the family, God's peace be with you all.
