I can't even express how hard sorry I am to hear of Mickie's passing. Mickie was kind and gentle but brave and courageous. I always looked up to her and I was always impressed by her as a person I truly wanted to use as a model. The wonderful family she left behind will carry her wonderful spirit going forward. It was a privilege to have known Mickie and she will be forever in my heart. I remember how she taught me how to clean my stalls when I moved up to Warwick. She was a true horsewoman in my eyes. She will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with Mickie and her family.
I always enjoyed my chats with Mickie about art and horses. She was an inspiration to all. I admired her strong faith and courage through the hard times. She loved her family.
