To John and all the family. My deepest condolences for all of you. You know how much I loved Diane, and she loved me and so many of her dear friends. She had the biggest heart and was always giving to others, helping and easing their problems, worries, pains, etc. I love her and miss her so much, but know that she is at peace now, no more worries or suffering. My Darling Diane: Thank goodness for the wonder of FB in helping friends reunite. That led to our wonderful day together in Wurtsboro and your weekend here to attend Labor Day party and reunite with so many of our theater friends, who were all THRILLED to see you again after so many years. You are an angel.... always were. Sweet, smart, talented, loving and funny, with blue eyes that were at the same time stunning and inviting. You fought such a long battle with intelligence, grace, humor and tenacity.....my condolences to John, the family and your boys, the beagles, who, I am sure, are bereft. I am so very sorry for Diane's passing. We met several years ago in Facebook. She was one of the first Dark Shadows friends I made. We used to have some great conversations. I never met her in person but felt as if I had known her my whole life. She is now at peace and free from pain. Diane fly high my sweet DS Sister-Cousin, we may have not been "Blood family" but we were family. Sending love and prayers to her family.

My dearest friends. Please know that I loved Diane so much and miss her. We were truly "Libra sisters". Our birthdays were just one year and one day apart. She helped me through more things than I can tell you. I tried to help her, too, but it was nowhere near what she did for me. Jack and I are just so sad at the passing of this wonderful lady. I want John and the rest of the family to know that I am here for all of you. I know that for a long time we will be mourning Diane, but I also know that after all these years of suffering, she is finally at peace and out of pain.

Diane was one of my amazing friends who i met online several years ago.
She helped me through a very bad period in my life with her soothing words of advice and love.
There will never be another Diane and i am grateful to our Heavenly Father for allowing me to have experienced such a wonderful person in my life.
Diane is at peace, free from her pain now. It is for the living here i will be praying for peace. Diane would not want us to mourn for long...so as our tears begin to dry on our faces...think of her as gently wiping them away as she was so good at doing.
I will miss Diane and will never forget her.

Diane was a great baseball fan, loving the YANKEES, also from the Bronx. Since I was from Brooklyn I was her "NYC sis". She loved the pics I would send of my grandsons, and wanted to pinch their chubby cheeks. Now she will be an angel in the wind brushing them softly. She will be REATLY missed.
