I had the privilege of working with Joe while he was a member of the Westchester County Police. Joe was quite a character and could add humor to any situation. He was a good man and will be missed. May God bless him.

I was the Personnel Officer at the US Mint at West Pint, NY and Joe was always a gentleman i all our dealings. He was always the character. Had many good laughs with him.. May he rest in peace. My condolences for the family.
