To the Ramsay family, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of such a great man. I have so many fond memories of Capt Ramsay, he was always everywhere. I cherish our conversations and always enjoyed seeing him up at Headquarters when he would visit Heights. Living next door I would say he had an everlasting impact on my life and the direction it went. Thank you sir, May you Rest In Peace and continue to watch over your family.
