After unloading the ammunition, the wounded were brought to the medical bases. On one trip the convoy was strafed by enemy planes. After his deployment, Graham returned to Thompson Ridge and joined his brother, Donald to build their dairy farm. In 1956 he married Ellen Zneimer and they settled in Thompson Ridge. Always interested in politics, Graham became a member of the Town of Crawford, town board later being elected as Town Supervisor and served for 16 years. He was also a Board Member for Walden Savings Bank in Walden, NY.

Graham was known locally as “Mike”, a nickname he acquired when he was a small child. Survivors include his beloved wife, Ellen at home, and his 3 sons: Philip V.O. Jamison (Lori), Kenneth S. Jamison (Christine), and Christopher U.  Jamison. Graham is further survived by 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
