Eddie McConnell, a Construction worker and former resident of the area passed away in the state of Florida from injuries sustained in a vehicular accident. He was 37. The son of Ed and Sherri McConnell he was born on January 22, 1980. Eddie was a 1999 graduate of Pine Bush High School where he was known for his baseball talent for many years. Survivors include his loving parents, Ed and Sherri McConnell of Pine Bush, brother Christopher McConnell (wife Janeen and son Braeden) of Highland. Eddie was the beloved father to his 2 daughters, Lexi and Brea McConnell and beloved longtime companion to their mother, Kim Altman. He is also survived by his aunt Maureen Corbacio (Joe) his uncle Mike McConnell (Beverly) and his cousins. Eddie had a kind heart and those who knew and loved him will miss him. He is now at peace with his grandparents, Joe and Betty Sasso and Ed and Irene McConnell. A memorial mass will be offered on Saturday July 8, 2017 at 10am at the Church of the Infant Saviour. Interment of Ashes will take place in New Prospect Cemetery.
